SHOW PROCEDURES
FACE MASKS
Wearing a surgical (disposable) mask is mandatory at all times when circulating in Le Balcon. Once seated, the mask may be removed for the duration of the concert. Cloth masks and other types of face coverings will not be permitted inside the venue.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
A distance of 1 metre from other audience members must be observed in waiting lines.
DOORS OPENING
The doors open from 5:30 p.m. for the dinner-show formula, and from 7:30 p.m. for the show only.
TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY
The exchange conditions have been attenuated to allow for the postponement of a visit to Le Balcon. If you are unable to attend the show due to health concerns or Covid-19 symptoms, the amount of your ticket will be credited to your account and may be used for any other show at Le Balcon in its 2022 season.
In the case of a cancelled or postponed show by Le Balcon, the amount of your ticket can either be credited to your account and used for any other show produced by Le Balcon for in the 2021-2022 season, or reimbursed.

HYDROALCOHOLIC
GEL
Hydroalcoholic gel will be available at the entrance of the building.
PURCHASES
We are at your disposal at the ticket office before each concert. Only card payments will be authorized. Due to the reduced number of seats in the hall, we recommended purchasing tickets online or by phone prior to arriving at the hall.
COMMON SPACE
No gatherings will be permitted in the lobby or any other common space.
WASHROOMS
The washrooms are open.
